alicia keys' latest...
borrowed from my lady...

didn't really dig at first because of what i consider a demo like approach to the production...but i think that's what her music aims at...dirty beats, space in the tracks and all highlights and attention on the vocals.

it really grew on me!

yeah. it's an album that kinda has 2 personalities... the really pretty ethereal type stuff, and the hard and kinda grating techy stuff. both good in their own right. I am hooked on a few of the "pretty" tracks though
